I didn't feel confident to do it, so I went to see pain management doctor. In addition to giving me steroid injection, he also ordered me to undergo physical therapy at MedStar Health Physical Therapy at Leisure World. My physical therapist Dionne is very patient and caring. She guided and monitored my every move for correctness and helped me improve my sciatica pain. She also massaged my sore spots to help me relax when is needed. Now that my condition is improving, I'm glad I won't need surgery. Thank you."
