If your only experience with p/t is going to a clinic to do your exercises and spend 5-7 minutes with the therapist, be prepared for a very different experience. Hiza is with you the entire time of your appointment. He is constantly analyzing, adjusting form, and modifying your exercise program based on your progress in that session. You can accomplish in several sessions with Hiza what would take many weeks (and lots of co-pay dollars) at a typical P/T. I highly recommend this dedicated professional."
