"I had an intake appointment with Tamara on Wednesday and thought everything would be amazing. We then had an appointment scheduled at 12pm on Sunday which had to be rescheduled to 5:30 pm. The intake forms were sent to me around 2pm on Sunday before my appointment at which time I was not looking at my email since I received about 5 texts confirming the appointment prior to today. 20 minutes before my appointment I get a text and an email (amongst 5 other emails to follow) stating the appointment was cancelled because my insurance wasn't approved and won't be until Wednesday . But my insurance was good enough for the intake this past Wednesday so that makes no sense. My insurance provider also confirmed the repayment has been authorized since last week. This provider is very irresponsible and unreliable. I wouldn't recommend speaking with her at all if you are actually in need of any sort of immediate assistance."
