"Dr Osterman have been coming to my rescue many times over the course of some 30 years. And his adjustments never failed to bring relief to my sciatica, neck pain, pulled ligaments etc I have been using other chiropractors but always returned to Dr Osterman who is better attuned to his patients and more precise in his treatment methods then anyone else I know. Also, I could attest to his integrity and high level of professionalism. I referred many people to him, and he never turned down anyone including those who were uninsured and could not afford to pay full fee."
"Dr Jeffery Osterman is awful! I had one visit with him in 2016 and I could not believe his over-the-top behavior, totally nuts! At the receptionist's desk I paid the Unitedhealth Care copay of $40. The doctor worked me over and when I was leaving the receptionist told me the massage cost an additional $100 which I paid. At home, my wife called United and she was told the doctor should not have charged me extra. My wife called the doctor's office, explained the situation to the receptionist and she put the doctor on. He became psychotic, yelled at my wife (I could hear him from the sofa!). It didn't help as he didn't want to refund the $100. I filed a complaint with a state medical board but I don't think any action was taken. Look for another chiropractor and ignore the nice reviews. All you need is one instance and we had ours."
"A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY! Treatment: pleasant. After effects: VERY unpleasant. My first visit was okay until after the doctor finished and I had to deal with the lady at the front desk who told me that a problem arose with my HMO which resulted in my overpaying the copay and I was also charged $100 for the "examination" (a few minutes of questions!). I thought that the problem would be corrected so I paid and made an appointment for the next day, being told it would cost me just the co-pay. When I got home and explained to my wife what had happened she called to see what the problem was. Mr Osterman answered the phone because his office assistant was out. Without any prodding he unhinged and became irrational yelling at my wife at the top of his lungs, I could hear him a short distance away! He refused to see that an error with the initial copay had been made by his office assistant which would result in a partial refund but he would not settle the matter amiably. He also charged me for the next day's appointment which I had canceled. One visit: $200 and a screaming on top of it!"
