"Dr Shegog is outstanding. She repaired my son's Complete ACL tear. He is 15 and she spoke to him directly and wanted him to answer for himself and spoke to him respectfully. She has been so encouraging during his recovery and tells him exactly what to expect if he complies with care and if he does not. She was professional and compassionate. It seems some may be intimidated by her confidence and expertise but we were not because it was obviously warranted. What I got was someone smart and personable. She was great to talk to and is clearly going to a great job patching me up. I have every confidence in this doctor. Also, even if she had been rude (she wasn't) who cares? I don't need my doctor to be friendly. I need my doctor to fix me. You might not mesh with her personality. Not sure how, but you might not. But she is smart and skilled. And that's what I want in a surgeon. Thank you to the Doctor and all of her support staff.
