Testimonials
"The service they provide to customers is honestly not up to standards. You make an appointment expecting to see the doctor but you actually see the PA instead. Requesting the doctor is impossible cause apparently he takes 3 hours to see 1 patient. Visits only take like 5 mins and the PA doesn't even examine you physically? He just tells you to get an MRI, take medicine and go to physical therapy. He's also very quick to dismiss your questions and needs and just tells the front desk to do it. He couldn't give me a basic referral himself and told his staff to do it when it's HIS job. It is not worth my time or money, especially when I need to pay a hefty copay."
"This office doesn't even deserve a 1 Star. The Dr. Doesn't care about his patients when he on two different appointments has the nerve to show up late. one time 2hrs late and now today 3/13/18 an Hour late. The people behind the desk aren't helpful at all when they lie when asked were the Dr. Is. First it's "he is on his way". Then it's "he is in the hospital". We Came to this dr for my girlfriend broken arm had to get surgery. Wish we went elsewhere. She works for the DOE and she needed a detail lettter for the DOE not just a handwritten note explaining the care she was under , time she was under Dr care. It took them 4 days of her calling 5 times and here writing the letter all he had to do was sign. She needed it by a certain date to not effect here FMLA which they were told and they could care less. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE WAITING AT A OFFICE THAT DOESNT CATE ABOUT YOUR TIME. Sorry just because your a Dr doesn't mean your time is with more valueable than ours."
"I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00. The appointment was made 3 weeks prior to review an MRI. I arrived at 2:45 and am still waiting at 5:35 to be called back to be seen. It is unacceptable. What's the point of making an appointment in the first place? Apparently my time is less valuable than the doctors."
