"It took me a couple of years to write this review because I thought the problem that the chiropractor created would go away, but it hasn't. I would not advise anyone to go to this chiropractor. He was one of the first chiropractors I saw, and so I didn't know any better. He is NOT gentle in his adjustments. One particular one that involved forcing both hands behind you and opening up the front chest area was abrupt and painful. It caused one or two of my ribs to be off, and create constant tension and pain. It is now a couple of years later, and I am still dealing with the painful ramifications of his interventions. He uttered the phrase "no pain, no gain" several times during my treatment, if that gives you a sense of his treatment philosophy. I now know better, and there are chiropractors who do a lot better."

"I have been getting treatment from Dr. Ando for almost 3 years now. Prior to that, I've visited countless physical therapists, acupuncturist and even chiropractors. However, unlike other doctors, Dr. Ando took time to explain the reasons for my pain and even prescribed simple exercises (that were a lot more helpful than any PT).
