"Hello I've known about Queen Afua and her business for about 10 years and I finally went to order the 21 day detox kit for $441 on March 16th 2023 and today is April the 11th and I still haven't received my product. I am very disappointed with this customer service. I tried calling on several occasions and I can't get in contact with anyone. Not for nothing but it has to be black people and this reminds me of why I don't support my ownpeople. People please be carful ordering from that site."

"I am very disappointed with this company. One entire order was not delivered, and one package delivered was incomplete. After placing a dispute with my credit card company for the items not received, and writing several emails to the company about my disappointment, I finally received a phone call after two months from the placed order. The representative apologized and granted me credit from the products not received, however the credit was not issued instantly like promised. I emailed her personally, and I have yet to received a reply. After going back and forth with the merchant, and giving the last proof of receipt to the credit card company, I was finally granted my refund. I am still surprised by the lack of business etiquette. It took about 4 months to get feedback and a resolved situation. Thinking of the good that the company does for people, who would have thought that much confusion and unprofessional business conduct would have taken place."

"Not a great experience. First I was unable to order from the website. I called and gave the sales person my billing and shipping address. She repeated it back to me to make sure she had the correct info.The receipt was sent to my email. Only to find out they shipped the product to the billing address. Which is my address located in Florida. The product needed to be shipped to New Jersey. The shipping address was literally 15-20 mins away from Roselle, NJ. When I called to find out how to rectify the situation, since I had already paid for the product and shipping fee. The lady asked me what did I want to do. I asked could she compensate me of some sort. Her respond was well you only paid $28 for the product. She says that's nothing. I told her that may not be nothing to you. I paid $28 plus the shipping fee, which totaled $35. I explained to her that I have purchased Queen Afua's products before and this has never happened. She could have at least said on your next order we will take off the shipping fee or something for the error they made. It was an inconvenience. I had to go buy another envelope and pay for the product to be shipped back to NJ. She did apologize but wasn't willing to compensate me for their error. I am very disappointed how Queen Afua Wellness Center Inc handled this situation!"
