"I have had problems with the ligaments in my right leg for 3 years. I have gone to several different orthopedics and knee specialist and have been given a knee immobilizer, a hard cast, ace bandages. medicines up the alley and nothing has made my knee better. I'm now on the fourth year of this uncomfortable and escalating pain so I decided to come to this doctor since it was sports medicine. The doctor didn't even see me for 5 minutes and told me to get an MRI which I knew I needed one because ligaments can not be seen on an x-ray. A person that is not specialized in the bones or even a health care provider could tell me that my ligament was torn or even out of place as it feels different from the left knee. For my MRI I arrived 5 minutes late and the office told me they couldn't see me, which was absolutely absurd because it was 6:35 in the morning and no one was in the office. The office staff was absolutely rude and unflattering it was discusting. As I traveled almost two hours to come to this doctor, I thought it might be worth something. Instead of health care providers telling me to take medicine and "stay off my leg" ( which is absolutely impossible) I just wish they would be truthful and tell me I need surgery. Once again another doctor that failed ne that I will not be going back too. I would not send my worst enemy to this doctor."
