Thankfully, I got a second opinion, and I'm so glad I found Dr. Castle! From the very beginning, what stood out to me was his honesty and integrity. I could barely stand up straight at my first appointment, and instead of jumping into treatment, Dr. Castle told me, "I'm not going to touch you until you get an MRI." Since then, I've seen both Dr. Castle and Dr. Jagla multiple times. They're incredibly down-to-earth, approachable, and genuinely kind people. Between chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, and massage therapy, they helped relieve the daily sciatica pain I had been living with. And I haven't needed a fusion surgery! And speaking of massage--Kate is hands-down the best massage therapist I've ever had. I almost don't want to mention her because she's that good (and I selfishly want to keep her to myself), but anyone who's been to this office already knows: Kate is a gem.
