"Tried this place a couple of times and had terrible experiences both times. The receptionist is nasty, fake, and won't stop chit chatting with other patients when you're standing there clearly in pain for 20 minutes, waiting to check out. Also leaves early when her boyfriend comes. The PTs have absolutely no idea what they're doing and caused me more pain than what I came in with. And the director is absolutely disgusting. I asked for him to call me to discuss, and he basically attacked me, got ridiculously defensive, blamed me for my pain, and offered no solutions. It was honestly shocking. I've been in PT on and off throughout the past 20 years. In the past, I also worked in the field for years, and have knowledge in PT and medicine, and I have never come across such a terrible environment and such incompetent PTs. Absolutely do not go here, especially if you have a complex case."
