Testimonials

MIKE ZAYED

"After years of back/neck issues and little success with other providers, A friend recommended Dena at Theory PT. It was the best decision I made. What an amazing experience. Dena is a hands-on therapist who "listens and cares" about her patient's issues. From the very first session, Dena had a deep understanding of my condition and was able to determine the root cause of my issue was my hips. Dena tailored a treatment plan that addressed my unique needs. I am truly impressed by the exceptional care and expertise provided by Dena and her entire team throughout my rehabilitation journey. I've made significant progress and regained confidence in my mobility. I highly recommend Theory PT and the entire staff. Their commitment to patient well-being truly sets them apart."

"Theory physical therapy in Tinley Park, isTHE place to go to for a thorough, organized and science backed wholistic approach to physical therapy. I was lucky to have Kerri as my therapist who helped me recover from back surgery and some unexpected residuals. The physical location is conveniently located with easy access to parking. Cleanliness was exceptional. The therapy was individualized to my needs and I never felt like I was in an assembly line which I have felt in other places. I knew that as a medical person, I may ask more questions related to different theories etc. but always got an answer from Kerri. Also, hats off to Rene. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I truly cannot say enough about my experience and would not hesitate to highly recommend Theory."

Janis Morris

"Dena is truely amazing!!! The staff is super friendly and everyone makes you feel so comfortable! This was my first time ever going for therapy and I have suggested Dena to everyone I know. She is very compassionate, caring, and really is great at what she does!!"

"A few years back Dina helped my wife recover from a totally shattered wrist. She ended up with no residual ill affects with full mobility. Recently I was facing back surgery for numb feet related to L4-L5 issues. Before surgery I decided to attempt improving my situation with physical therapy. The no brainer choice was Dina and Theory. They put together a program that relaxed muscles that needed more movement and tightened muscles to provide more structure. At the end of my therapy my feet were much improved, my flexibility had improved greatly and posture was moving back toward what it was in my 30's. I left with a program to continue my progress in all areas.....now it's up to me. For those who have and therapy experiences that were less than satisfactory, I highly recommend Theory. You will find highly skilled, technically competent folks that provide a clean, friendly and individualized experience. Dina was excellent, but all the doctors and assistants there are competent, friendly and excellent to work with."

"I had a torn rotator cuff and related surgery then began physical therapy at Theory Physical Therapy (by recommendation of my sister-in-law). From the moment I started, Dena assessed and determined the best route and personalized program for me. I had never been to Physical Therapy before, but I am totally impressed with how I was treated at Theory PT. Dena, Kerri and all of the staff (Kaylynn, Millie and Renee) that I worked with at Theory took a personal interest in my healing process. For example, Dena, asked and geared rehabilitation towards the activities I like to do. The exercises, focus and follow-up were given to achieve those activities. I absolutely recommend Theory PT."

Bob Ostrom

"I have just completed a 12 week rotator cuff surgery therapy session and have nothing but great things to say about Theory. Bri was my main therapist and was fantastic. Her care and concern for my advancement, in what could feel like a slow moving process, was structured and in tune with what I was feeling. As we progressed she pushed where it was needed to advance results. I had the pleasure of working with each team member at Theory at one point and every one of them was on their game each and every time. Dena has assembled a caring and knowledgeable team and their concern for their clients is more than obvious."

Roger Schneider

"I worked with Kerri and Brianna, great to work with, they both got me ready to go back to work. I had knee and shoulder issues that they did a great job helping get back to normal. I would highly recommend then. When i was there Kerri, Brianna, and Dena treat you like family. Im going to miss them,"

Irene McCauley

"I was very fortunate to find Theory Physical Therapy following my lumbar fusion surgery! I was looking for somewhere different than the PT places I had used prior to my surgery and this was the perfect place. I had the privilege to work with both Dena and Kerri and they used a mix of hands on therapy and other unique exercises to rebuild my core strength. And let's not forget about Renee who worked tirelessly to show me the exercises while in session! You guys are awesome. I was not exactly an easy case haha. Thank you for everything!"
