"I went to Pivot PT in Fairfax for a broken collarbone and frozen shoulder, and the team there was truly the best. I worked mostly with Allison, who did an amazing job guiding me through such a difficult time. She tailored my exercises, constantly adjusting them as I got stronger, and made sure I was always doing them correctly. The entire team was not only professional and supportive but also made each visit enjoyable. Billy, Meer and Victoria were all a huge help, and Emma was the best at making sure my appointments were covered by insurance. She always took extra time to answer my questions and make the process smooth. Thanks to all of them, (especially Allison) I am 100% better today!"

"Physical therapist are really good, but their billing depart is mess and pathetic. When I was going through treatment, I paid all charges and suddenly out of no where after 2 years of finishing treatment, I get a letter that another $500 is due. They charge multiple times to insurance for same claims, over charge on bill, no transparent system and call center agents not able to explain makes whole issue worse. If you go there for treatment, you just hope that their billing department does things right, if not you have no way to verify/validate forget about correction."
