"I cannot recommend Dr. William Freed highly enough. From the very beginning, he has relieved every symptom I have encountered. Initially, I visited him for simple neck pain and TMJ discomfort. Through consistent treatment, Dr. Freed managed to alleviate that pain completely. A few months later, I strained my neck and was diagnosed with Occipital Neuralgia. Dr. Freed started a new treatment plan and fully relieved the pain, restoring full range of motion in my neck. The most serious issue I faced was a herniated disc in January 2024. Dr. Freed stepped in and fought tirelessly with my insurance company to approve an MRI, ensuring I received proper pain management. Following that, he set up a new treatment plan focusing on my lower back. While an orthopedic doctor suggested surgery, Dr. Freed reassured me that with proper treatment, recovery was possible without surgery. I diligently followed Dr. Freed's treatment plan, which included home heat pad use, stretching, and maintaining proper posture. Today, I am thrilled to say that I avoided back surgery thanks to Dr. Freed's expertise and dedication. I will continue to visit him for routine maintenance and check-ups.
