"From the first time I walked in there to the 10th time I've been there- everyone is extremely nice which is rare in this world. I haven't figured out if it's a good thing or bad thing because they treat you like family-then they hook up the electrodes and zap you, so I'm not sure where I stand in the family values. They're all good people-they'll literally help you get rid of all the pain in your necks.......-kids-wife-work..etc"

From my Initial inquiry via phone to my actual encounter when I arrived at the office. She was very welcoming. I then saw Katy who was the Chiropractic Assistant and she was also welcoming. Dr. Cappelletti was very kind and very thorough . He gave me a host information and made a plan specific to my needs. Would definitely recommend this location."

"The whole experience was great. From the friendly front desk staff during the phone call to the actual appointment with Dr. Kin. He explained everything that he was doing and reasons why I might be feeling discomfort. The adjustment process was easy as he again explained his process. I felt so much relief afterwards. "I went to the York Ave Timonium/Lutherville location. Entering the building you are greeted by Kelly who is extremely nice and helpful. There was a moment I had a lot going on and kept canceling and rescheduling and Kelly never sounded frustrated or annoyed by me. I appreciated that because life happens. You are seen by the doctor at every appointment and checks in to make sure you are ok. When something wasn't right the therapist actually listened to my concern. The therapist are warm and inviting. They show you how to do the exercise when I didn't know exactly what it was. One of the therapist would do it with me as I went through them. The facility is so clean and well kept. You'll love this physical therapy office."
