"Seeing Dr. Frazier was one of my worst encounters with a doctor. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but he immediately met me with defensiveness and a skeptical attitude. Instead of leading the conversation to help me understand the test that were done on me because of my auto accident, and why I may have been referred to see him, he carried a combative tone which felt personal. Sorry, but this leads me to believe that Dr. Frazier is bias. The average person who is not a medical profession, would have some sort of confusion about all the medical terms and recommendations that are thrown at them, especially after an injury. Instead of offering clarity and empathy, Dr. Frazier took this opportunity to be condescending and arrogant. I left the office feeling worse than I came in because of this experience."
"Dr. Frazier and his staff provided excellent service during my 3 months under his care. Appointments and follow-ups were easy to schedule without the long waits. Since Day 1, Dr. Timothy Frazier analyzed my condition, listened to my concerns, and referred me to the appropriate experts until I was cleared to return to work. I highly recommend!"
"The other reviews are extremely accurate. I waited a little over an hour and a half to get seen by the doctor. I understand that there can be a wait but that is a little much. The doctor was really nice and to the point. As the most recent review stated the younger long brown haired female at the front desk is extremely rude, she shouldn't be in any sort of customer service position . Her demeanor is off putting, she never smiles, looks EXTREMELY miserable, and anytime you ask a question she acts like your bothering her and has a rude response. If it wasn't for the other front desk lady, the continence of location, and the doctors I wouldn't come back strictly because of her. It makes me uncomfortable to speak to her."
"I would give no stars if I could. I accompanied my husband to his appointment for a workers comp injury. As others have noted, our 8 am appointment turned into an after 9 am appointment because the wait time is ridiculous. While waiting I was treated to a five+ minute HIPPA violation where the receptionist verbally went over a man's medical history with him so the entire room could learn about his smoking history, whether he had any chest pains, if he was experiencing any bowel issues, etc. A few other patients were asked inappropriate questions in the waiting room so I cautioned my husband to be quiet. When we finally went back, I listened to the doctor very clearly through the wall discuss the patient next door. When Dr. Frazier came in he was really very condescending to my husband. Even his slumped down and kicked back in his chair posture made him seem bothered to be there. The doctor was interrogating my husband about whether he did PT first and seemed annoyed that he had not, which my husband tried to explain but then stopped because the doctor was so condescending. He insisted that my husband had to go to PT first, which seems to fly in the face of other medical guidance for the type of injury my husband has or for the type of work he does. He kept saying that is the process. He also was not respectful of the lack of motion my husband was suffering or the pain my husband was in. In fact, we switched surgeons and they confirmed that (surprise, surprise) physical therapy will not re-attached a fully torn tendon nor allow my husband to return to a physically strenuous job. Overall, terrible bedside manner and the doctor does not appear to be board certified or to have had a fellowship in orthopedic surgery. He also seemed like he really could not wait to leave the room. However, I did mention the HIPPA violation to him and his response was well if that is true that shouldn't have happened. I'll take what you said as true. Yeah, ok, I made that up for no reason. Very odd and uncomfortable experience. I do not recommend the doctor or the practice...at all."
"I have no complaints with the services provided. I trust my Doctors and I know they are doing the best thing for me. I also like is that it is a multilingual front staff and they are professional in both English and Spanish."
"I have been trying to get disability paperwork completed for a week and am upon my deadline. I sent an email a week prior and called asking for the paperwork to be completed. During my appointment today the receptionist showed me it was printed off and in my patient folder already. Dr. Lui said they would have it taken care of today so I waited two hours in the lobby. The receptionist told me they were too busy to take care of me during my scheduled appointment and to come back around 1PM. I asked if this could be done through email. She assured me it could. I talked on the phone at 1PM to get my paperwork and they assured me it was done now but they did not know how to/had difficulty sending it to my email. I asked what time I could come in, I was told anytime before 5PM. I had to drive back to the office a second time today (hour round trip). The office was closed early. The lady I spoke with on the phone gave me the wrong info and their practice closed early without updating their business hours. I am not being taken care of as a patient."
"80 min wasted, understaffed, horribly managed, ended up leaving after sitting in the room waiting for the dr for 30min. Would highly advise finding another provider. Pivot purchased them and that doesn't seem to be helping."
"First off, my appointment was at 920am, why is it 1040am and I still have not see the doctor. When I got here there was only 2 people waiting, the receptionist and the staff was great but the wait to see the doctor is ridiculous. Then when you get to the exam room, you still have too wait another 30mins before the doctor comes in. Thank God this us a Workers Comp case"
