You couldn't ask for a more delightful group of people. Everyone at the facility knows you by name, makes you feel like family and genuinely cares. Everyone is incredibly personable, kind, and attentive to my needs. They make therapy fun and enjoyable! Thank you all for everything you do and for making a challenging time so much easier!"

"I had a knee injury and was with IBJI physical therapy in Plainfield for four months. You could not ask for a nicer group of people everybody in the facility Dave, Meredith, Emily, Evan, Alyssa, Zack, Nikki, and Alex, everybody was very personable kind and sensitive to my needs and any pain or discomfort that I had . I was in physical therapy twice a week for four months every time I walked in the door there was a welcome greeting, not "hi how are you" but hello Chuck how are you today ? everybody knew my name!I have to say I was very impressed! not just did they perform physical therapy and helped in any way shape or form, but they knew who you were and they genuinely cared. You could not ask for a better group of people! They're all seem like they were one big happy family. No matter who I'm working with, I feel that everyone stays up to date and understands my progress and needs. From Meredith setting up egg hunts or providing a craft, to the therapists joining in on her games and adventures while I'm doing my PT. You have made recovery a bit less grueling. You have curated a truly wonderful team and environment. Hopefully, I never need PT again, but if I do then I would absolutely come back to Plainfield IBJI."
