"I had an 8:20 appointment and didn't leave the office until after 11. They were so overbooked and crowded. The RA did all the work, the Dr came in 30 minutes afterwards, apologized for the wait, then left for another 30 minutes. Came back to the room, barely talked to me, only asked the RA questions. Treated the RA like he was nothing, then told me he'd prescribe me some meds. Worst appointment ever when dealing with chronic pain. They are NOT affiliated with Rush Hospital, they are a separate company in Rush hospital . I've been duped by this before. NOT RECOMMENDED."

"Dr. Buvanendran is an exceptionally great doctor. He made sure i was treated promptly. Insurance had not okayed prior to appointment for implant. He personally called me to say he'd wait for approval. I was approved as I was pulling into my driveway. As we were returning from the hospital. We turned around. I called him and said that I could be back in 45 min. He WAITED for me! The procedure was completed on the scheduled day. His rehab order was done well. His follow-ups went quiet with no issues. I would absolutely recommend him to others. He takes his time with explaining the procedure. He makes sure you understand and are comfortable. He answers your questions. Rush is a fantastic facility. They make sure you're treated properly. Excellent staff at all points along the way."
