Testimonials
"Their team is a well oiled machine. I was in and out quickly and they made it so easy. The medical assistants are friendly and reassuring, and Dr. Stein was efficient while still taking the time to answer all my questions. Special shoutout to the women who work in the front office -- they were so kind and the icing on the cake. Would recommend to a friend in search of an ortho consult."
"My experience here for the last 10-15 years has been nothing but positive. Shyanne is my current PT and of the best that I've had so far. I recommend this location to anyone looking for to fill their PT needs."
"I've had a very positive experience with CAO for total hip arthroplasty. Dr. Faucett took the time to answer all my questions pre-surgery, both in the office and at the surgery center. The staff are fantastic! Everyone is organized, professional, and caring. I highly recommend this practice."
"My experience was extremely positive. Dr. Noah Raizman and his team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, personalized care, and a strong commitment to patient well-being. I highly recommend them."
"Dr Fawcett is very competent, thorough and professional He answered my multitude of questions with good humor. He helped me develop a strategy going forward which I appreciate. I also like the well organized team which each doctor has that smooths communication."
"My experience here has been wonderful. From diagnosis to explaining everything that would be going on, to my surgery. Now I'm three weeks out of recovery feeling a lot better and still recovering. I love the convenience of the physical therapy being right upstairs from my surgeons office and I love that they communicate well so I feel like I'm always in good hands."
"Scheduling lady Mone at check out was extremely rude. Unhelpful, she disregarded and disrespected my request to schedule an appointment after being told after my last appointment that they were too busy and short staffed to schedule me at the time. Today As I waited for 20min after my appointment time should have been, I decided to reschedule my appointment (separate doc -/separate issue) she was giggling smirking and rolling her eyes while asking me questions and telling me every way she could that she didn't want to schedule me at the time. Ignored my request until I asked if there was a problem. Very disappointed as It was as simple as scheduling. She definitely needs some training on customer service. Absolutely ridiculous behavior for a front desk staff. Disappointing and unacceptably unprofessional."
"Excellent service. I asked for an appointment on Friday and Monday afternoon I was seeing my doctor. Dr Stein is not only a highly capable and knowledgeable professional, but he also has a rare warmth and kindness that makes all the difference when dealing with patients. The compassionate and welcoming atmosphere of the office, along with the great staff, made me feel completely comfortable and in safe hands. I would recommend Dr. Stein without hesitation."
