"My daughter has seen Dr. Jones for a wrist, then a finger injury in the past 3 months. I was able to schedule her on the phone both times and get in within the week. 10 minute wait past my appt time in the waiting room, assistant brought us back, got X-rays, reviewed the findings and we were on our way home 30 minutes after our scheduled appt."

"I'd give zero stars to this location if I could. Not only was my son rescheduled two days prior to his appointment which was an inconvenience but we showed up early to his appointment and have been waiting over an hour for the doctor still not having been seen yet. You don't make patients wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment, it's inconsiderate."

"Staff is super friendly, but I don't reccomend luminus in general. I'm unemployed due to both of my wrists being injured and when I went here I had to go through multiple tests only to be told they don't know what's wrong and to come back in 6 months. They quite literally drained all I had money wise too. I had 20 dollars to my name by the end of it. I also had multiple "follow-up" appointments that lasted like 15 minutes and were pointless/a waste of my time and money. I'm on month 7 of my issues and I don't plan on coming back in 6 months. The staff is a 10/10 but my experience wasn't great otherwise. It didn't bother me personally, but if you call to make an appointment you'll usually have to wait 15-30 minutes."

"I had an appointment and it was canceled less than 3 hours before my appointment time. This appointment is for a new injury. I've been working from home and staying off my injured leg so I was really needing to see a doctor to get an idea of what's going on. I get a text message and automated phone call saying my appointment is canceled less than 3 hours before my appointment time. I call the office and they said I still have the appointment. As soon as I hang up the phone, I get another phone call from the office (different person) who says my appointment is canceled because the doctor is "running behind." I tell her about the last phone call and she said they were mistaken. They ask me if I know of another day that would be good to reschedule. I tell them no. I'm seeing a different doctor at a different office. It's not okay to mess around with peoples time and schedules. If I canceled on them like that, I'd have to pay them a fee. I have a job and a life that I need to plan for so this isn't right to me. I would not recommend this office."

"Scheduling is a nightmare. After leaving 3 phone messages, as instructed, my most recent attempt was through the annoying MyChart system. Got assurance that I'm still on their call list and that they are so busy. Day 9...still waiting. Truly unbelievable. So, I got my appointment. Today there is a reply from the "owner" with a phone number to discuss how to improve going forward. Therein lies one of the problems with the Luminis system--not just this location. It's the same number used for several locations. Why would I call that number when no one answers? Entire system needs to be improved."

"Impossible to get in touch with, if you leave your number to get a call back they'll call you back like two weeks later. When I finally had an appointment. My doctor just talked over me while I had questions (like how a boot will not work for my job where I walk over 10000 steps in a shift) and just wanted to get that insurance charge in for a boot that is completely useless to me and walked out of the room while I was basically mid sentence. Meanwhile I am still in excruciating pain. And this place just left me more disappointed and hopeless than ever. I highly recommend staying far far away from this place and not to waste your money here"

"I called and scheduled an appointment on a referral last week. After hours on Friday I got a cancellation notice. Had to wait until Monday morning to reach anyone and hold times are long on Monday mornings. Forty minutes wait and it turned out they double booked the doctor. My appointment was scheduled first, but they chose to cancel mine. Horrible customer service. Finally got to a clerk to reschedule and she tried to blame the issue on me. Not enough doctors in Annapolis so you have to drive to Pasadena to see anyone. Called my primary care doctor for a different referral. Don't they think anyone else has schedules?"

"This team is amazing. Evie worked so hard to get my one-year-old in the same-day after a fall that resulted in a tibial fracture. We called so many Orthopedics, no one would take us because of her age. Evie - you are amazing for working so hard to get us in, thank you! The entire team at the Pasadena practice were amazing. Dr. Keblish was so kind, so thorough. Jenna was so sweet while applying the cast. The receptionist was INCREDIBLE. Everyone was just so kind, so friendly, so good with my nervous 1 year old. It's been a rough two days, this team has made it easier. Thank you!"
