Testimonials
"My experience here was really positive. I had come here after about 5 years of pain in my shoulder/arm unsure if i'll even feel my normal self again and my physical therapist Kathleen Duran was absolutely amazing in my care. Her and the wonderful front desk staff also made sure to accommodate and work with my very difficult and tough work/school schedule and work me in as best as they could. I appreciated being thought of for any cancellations for those later appointments times. I feel a lot better after my treatment and continued at home exercises. I highly recommend coming here for treatment!"
"I've been going to Michelle for almost 2 months now. After rotator cuff repair surgery I chose this facility. She has been so awesome and informative, I am so glad I chose to go here. From the women at the front desk down to all of the therapists I see nothing but great care here. I also had a visit with Teresa and again an awesome therapist. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated with tender care."
"This is an outstanding rehabilitation facility with a Caring Staff and Administration. My elderly parents have been attending this facility to receive Physical Therapy and my siblings and I could'nt be happier with their treatment. We are so pleased with the professionalism, attention and care they have received from the Therapists and Management. Mark Pastrick leads an excellent Team!"
"I can't say enough good things about our experience at this physical therapy office! The staff was outstanding and played a crucial role in helping my daughter's arm heal and return to normal function. Alyssia, the receptionist, always greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Donna, my daughter's therapist, was exceptional. She created a safe and comfortable environment, making physical therapy enjoyable for my daughter. Her positive attitude and encouragement made a significant difference in my daughter's progress. The rest of Donna's team--Jerome, Jacob, and Mike--were also fantastic, providing excellent support and care throughout the process. I highly recommend this office for anyone in need of physical therapy. They truly care about their patients and deliver outstanding results! (Amelia Abukhaled)"
"I have been to Northwestern physical therapy several time's I have only have good things to say about it Great therapists were aways there .Will go back when need."
"Used the PT department for years myself and referred many friends and family. All have been extremely satisfied. They dedicate the time your there working with you. You are never told what to do something while the therapist leaves you to chat with other employees being inattentive. You movements are monitored closely. Always very appreciative of the care and time they take to get results you are there to accomplish. At Palos PT everyone is constantly with you always monitoring your position and execution of the movement so you benefit and progress. Locally I have never had this quality of care. They are the best around the south western suburbs of Chicago."
"So very detailed, Thorough, Pro. Fessional Friendly. I'm doing so much better What a wonderful knowledgeable staff"
"Northwestern appears to have a policy that no one is allowed to answer a phone call. All patients must communicate through their app or website. After a month of calls attempting to set up PT I gave up and drove to the NWM facility in Orland Park. I was rudely told to take a hike. They were backed up for 6 weeks. Would have been good information to have prior to my surgery. Onward to someplace else. They'll make their billions with or without my pesky knee rehab."
