"If I could give 0.stars I would. The front desk clerk and the supervisor Vanessa are nasty people and uninformed very useless skills to have. My name is Alexis ordonez and I was seen there one time for possible surgery they reach out again for a second visit and claim that I was supposed to get x-rays that I don't know anything about because that's not what we talked about the first visit I called to clarify a lot of the things that were said and instead of getting clarification I get more confusion I get disrespect and if that's not bad enough then I get nasty tones from the two women working there one in front desk and one in supervisor role I wouldn't recommend anybody going there to save yourself a headache and pain cuz you're already going through it in your body and you already going through your own mental battles save yourself the stress of going to this place these people will just stress you out confuse you and make you feel like you're in the wrong even though you're trying to give them business.."

"My review is based on my personal experience. My appointment is with Dr. Tripathi and this is my first visit to this office. Dr. Tripathi was nice and took time to understand me and my situation. The office is very nice and pleasing in appearance. Staff is very nice especially Jonathan. My appointment was scheduled for 10am and it is now 11am. I'm waiting to see the doctor but it is a process. People complain about wait times all the time but there are other people who are scheduled to see the doctor too. Patience is a virtue. My experience was good at University Orthopedics of New York."

"Dora lacks professionalism, has poor communication skills and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She had no explanation with such a disregarding tone for why my medicine has not been received by my pharmacy after A MONTH OF WAITING. She said she sent it twice like that was going to be the end of her assistance... and when I let her know it was never received she told me to call CVS and tell them to call her. Excuse me ? Why do you want me to do your job ? Where is the accountability? Where is the consideration? Where is the empathy for the patients seeking help? DORA GIVES THIS OFFICE A TERRIBLE NAME. smh. Not to mention how many times she said "well I don't know, I don't know, I don't know" WHAT DO YOU KNOW DORA? How to blatantly disregard patients ? Disrespectfully speaking over them? Disgraceful. YOUR IN HEALTH CARE! Try caring for the health of the patients seen in your office. THATS WHAT YOU ARE PAID TO DO. It's 2025 & this is how people are treated by "professionals"."
