"Clean and pleasant surroundings. 8:55 am appointment. Arrrived at 8:50 am. Ushered into a room with a "helping doctor person". Took the details of why I was going and said that the "doctor will be here shortly ". 45 minutes later in the doctors office in walked the the doctor without an apology for being that late. I asked him if it was customary to wait that long. He said "we work on ortho time" I would have appreciated a "I am sorry to keep you waiting ", but alas no. Doctors don't care that there are other people with schedules to keep. It about time they believed that they are not the almighty. Diagnosis was as I suspected."
