This is a great spot for anyone who wants to try acupuncture for the first time, or who's working on building a practice or routine. The staff and the practitioners are all lovely, and the space is always comfy and clean!"

"Not gonna lie had the worst experience trying to book at this location with class pass about a week ago. :( sad because i was really excited to go! my appointment was canceled twice through class pass because the times listed turned out not to be available , the first girl who answered the phone and tried to help seem very nice and helpful trying to get me rebooked to 5:30, when the attempt didn't work a girl with a naisly voice answered my second call and was actually quite rude claiming nothing was wrong with class pass and that it was my cell phone... also wouldn't help rebook me . i get the class pass credits they don't have control of , but if the other girl was willing to try to help and just have me book an alternate time , and then make note on their end to adjust to at 5:30, why be rude and unhelpful? i booked at noho for another day , with class pass credit no problem. not sure what's up with this location listen, I understand they don't have control over what goes on with class pass, BUT basic resepect and customer service is really important."

"Just floated home from one of the best acu experiences i've ever had with Mel. I almost never write reviews but have to support these guys after such a great experience. i walked in there reallly feeling rough from some chronic condition stuff and a sports injury and walked out completely pain free and blissed out and relaxed. Beautiful space, lovely people working there, and Mel is excellent, i'll def be back <3"
