"They are great! Jaime is so personable and works to meet your goals. She is understanding of schedule changes and will try to fit you in if you need to cancel a day. My doctor suggested 6 weeks of PT but Jaime said I was doing well and didn't need the full 6 weeks unless I felt I needed it. Use the exercises she taught me to maintain the strength she helped me build! I love that Jaime does everything compared to bigger PT clinics I've been to where the PT barely works with you and Instead you do it yourself with a tech who sometimes checks in. Emily is so helpful and knowledgeable too and keeps the office running smoothly."

"I recently saw Jaime for nagging headaches and neck pain that was unable to be resolved with just about anything. She did some manual therapy and dry needled me and my pain was completely gone the next day! Dry needling is one of the many certifications Jaime has that make her so great at what she does. She is such a great clinician and a great educator. She also spends quality 1 on 1 time with all her patients, which you don't always see at every PT clinic.
