"I want to give constructive feedback based on my experience. I have been to many therapists and finally started to get good results here with therapist Reema and hence I truly appreciate her work and skills. But I've encountered persistent issues with the scheduling system. I started in January 2025 and one of the most experienced front desk staff provided inconsistent information about their booking policies, and spoke rudely stating there were no recurring appointments allowed but later saying certain patients have recurring slots. Despite requesting notification when appointment slots opened and following up multiple times, I was not contacted as promised for February and April appointments, resulting in limited access to care. When I called the specific front desk staff for getting appointments in May, I was informed all slots were already taken without prior notification. Though the therapy itself is beneficial, the appointment scheduling process has been disappointing and inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain consistent care. I would respectfully suggest that the practice consider additional training for this specific front desk staff on consistent communication of booking policies and professional customer service. Though the therapy itself is beneficial, improving the administrative experience would make a significant difference in patient satisfaction and continuity of care."

"I been attending physical therapy over 2 years with Russ. He treated my back, wrist, foot, & knee. Absolutely amazing. He explains everything clearly. Also gives you programs what do at home or in gym. I have upcoming total knee replacement. I will continue see him. Also must say all other staff are wonderful & pleasant. Differently recommend."
