I also love the Cockeysville location and the gym atmosphere that location has. I love how low key it is and less formal than other MedStar locations. It's also a convenient location to York Road. "Highly recommend! I have had a wonderful experience both at this location and the Hunt Valley location with Jonathan Rouse. I had a unique knee procedure done (MACI), so went into physical therapy nervous about what to expect since it's not common and had a 10-12 month expected recovery. Jon was caring, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. I appreciated how how explained "the why" behind the exercises I was doing, and how he encouraged me throughout the long recovery. He helped me meet each expected milestone, and I am grateful to be back to biking and running again 10 months post-op! This location was an easy exit off I-83 and had a more casual feel than other PT offices. It felt like a cross-fit gym with weights, cardio equipment, and a turf field in addition to the PT tables and equipment."
