"I had an appointment for a PRP facial. It was my second appointment... I drove all the way from New York City For my 3 PM appointment and when I arrived, they told me the nurse that performs the PRP was no longer at their company. So unprofessional. I drove two hours and they didn't have common sense to call or text me? Poorly run operation. They also lied and said that she had an emergency then admitted that she left the company. Last time I come here!!"
