I truly cannot say enough good things about NRH Rehabilitation Network at K Street. Initially came to the PT clinic after an Achilles injury that had thrown my life completely off balance (literally!). I was anxious about how long recovery would take and worried I would never feel back to my normal self again -- but from my very first visit, the entire team at NRH Rehabilitation Network was more than supportive for my full recovery...helping me get back on my feet in every sense of the phrase. When you walk through the doors, you know you will be well taken care of at the clinic. The admin staff are absolute gems -- consistently kind, organized, and welcoming. They make scheduling, billing, and insurance questions easy, and they manage to greet every patient with genuine warmth. You can tell they care about creating a smooth and positive experience before you even step into the clinic space. My physical therapist, Dr. Vuong Tran, was nothing short of incredible. He was very consistent, proactive, and thoughtful about every stage of the rehab process for my ankle. He not only guided me through each exercise but also explained *why* we were doing each rep -- helping me understand the "how" behind my recovery, which made me much more confident in my progress. Vuong flawlessly showcased a depth of patience for my many questions and relentless positive encouragement in each session -- he could probably convince a brick wall to start doing calf raises if he was tasked to. He always pushed me to do my best without ever making me feel overwhelmed with the exercise plans. I would say he could improve on his dad joke skills, but beggars can't be choosers so I'll maintain the 6 out of 5 stars for this review. Additionally, when Vuong was out for just a few of my appointments, he went out of his way to make sure I was fully cared for by the other PTs in the clinic. It was the seamless handoff and ease of communication that made me feel completely supported and reassured that there would be no lapse in my care. Both PTs, Audrey and Cari, I worked with maintained the same high standard of professionalism and kindness that the clinic's culture maintains. What truly sets NRH Rehabilitation Network at K Street apart is the sense of consistency, kindness, and professionalism all of the staff bring to their patients at every single appointment. Everyone -- from the front desk to the PTs to the PT aides -- treats you like a person, not just a patient file. They celebrate your progress, remember your milestones, and make you feel extremely supported. Thanks to the entire team at NRH Rehabilitation Network, I'm back on my feet and will miss my weekly appointments.
