"I attended PT on and off at Athletico Bucktown since 2021 and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The facility was always clean and ready to be used, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and I always felt so comfortable there. I went in for three very different injuries in my time there and felt as though I was in the best hands I could be in. Jeremy helped me with calf, foot, and shoulder issues, Mark helped with an elbow injury, and Keyra with a knee injury that lead to surgery and recovery. "I came here for a knee issue I was having and was very satisfied with my care and treatment. The staff are very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. "Had a great experience working with Jaclyn for physical therapy both during pregnancy and postpartum. She was knowledgeable and helpful in both stages and made it really easy for me to build a routine doing the exercises at home. After my pregnancy sessions, my lower back pain was significantly reduced and during the postpartum sessions she helped with c section recovery including scar treatment. "I had the best experience at this location! I needed physical therapy after I had surgery for a fully ruptured hamstring (water skiing accident, not a fun time). I was referred to Russell at Athletico in Bucktown, and he got me into his schedule immediately. I was in physical therapy for 6 months for my injury and the entire team was there for me every step of the way. Russell was extremely knowledgeable and his expertise was essential in my recovery. He took into consideration all of my goals for recovery (I'm pretty active and wanted a quick turnaround) and because of him I was able to get back to normal activities as quickly as possible. He was also very understanding and helpful when I had work conflicts and had to reschedule appointments week to week. Some of his teammates stepped in to continue my therapy when he was unavailable, and they did a great job exchanging notes to make sure my recovery plan didn't get impacted. Thanks to this team, I went from having a major surgery in July to snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains in January. I've had physical therapy at other locations for surgery recovery and sports related injuries in the past, and this was by far the best treatment I've received. Highly recommend Athletico-Bucktown!"

"I had an amazing experience at Athletico Bucktown! I'm a runner and came in for an ambiguous lower leg injury - negative for a stress fracture/reaction but still no clear diagnosis. Connie was great at listening to what was wrong and getting me started on rehabbing it right away. I unfortunately wasn't able to run the 2024 Chicago Marathon like I had planned, but the disappointment was helped by knowing that every time I came to PT I was getting better. Even when Connie wasn't available, Jackie and Malvika were great at keeping me on track with my treatment and exercises. The environment in the clinic itself was always so fun and made it so that I genuinely looked forward to going in there. I joked with everyone that I hope I never have to go back, but if I do get hurt again I'll be coming to Athletico Bucktown."
