He clearly cares deeply about every person that comes through the door. He takes the time to listen, set goals and get you feeling good about your recovery. The work environment is up beat and fun. It's clear to me the other therapists enjoy working there and with each other. Steve and I worked together a lot. Steve knows his stuff and knew when he could push me and when I needed a break. I have to mention two others in my review. Taylor was there at the end of a session with my ice and Kelly at the front has a huge welcoming smile that glows. "Coming off of a great deal of recommendations, I began PT at Ronai Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in the summer of 2024 after a broken shoulder and surgical rotator cuff repair. At my initial visit, I was greeted by Kelly at the front desk. Her big, beautiful and welcoming smile set precedent for every appointment there upon. She was pleasant to all the patients as often expressed by her good nature and easy-going personality. Her interactions were handled with courtesy, expertise and professionalism. She made scheduling easy, offered flexibility and handled all billing matters. As the first point of contact, she certainly formed my "positive" first impression. I recognized quickly that the physical therapists assigned to my case (Sarah and Molly) were both very knowledgeable and (most importantly) genuinely cared for my healing and well-being! They were warmly sensitive to my pain, yet knowledgeable enough know how far to test my endurance and limitations. My progress was steady, and I'm convinced it was a direct result of the deliberate and emotional labor they put into the planning of my sessions. I was very lucky to be in the hands of these wonderful therapists during a time of pain and weakness.
