"If you or a loved one is in a wheelchair absolutely do not visit this location. Handicap parking is impossible. The tiny, thin ramp and walkway to get into the building is next to impossible. Precision is a must to make the angles same with the entranceway. Our particular wheelchair barely fits in the elevator in the waiting room upstairs because of all the door angles you're left to sit in front of a door or the bathroom. I'm shocked to put so much money into the exterior and not do anything about these very important concerns, especially for an orthopedic doctors office. We've spoken to the office manager, who had agreed it is unsatisfactory."

"Dr. Bakhos is excellent. He treated my hip fracture and recommended additional testing elsewhere, which uncovered underlying issues that likely would have gone undetected if he had not said something. He never makes you feel rushed and he takes the time to answer every question without ever seeming bothered. He's extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and explains everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way. He's also genuinely kind and seems to really care about you. I highly recommend him! Also, the front desk staff are always sweet and friendly! And when I had a billing issue, the billing department was helpful and kind as well. Honestly, it's a breath of fresh air going here."

"I am writing this to warn others. Dr. Bloomstein was fine until I exercised my right to a second opinion and chose a different surgeon to perform my surgery. While I was already prepped in the fluoroscopy room for a different issue, his tech Carly informed me that because I was Dr. Bloomstein's patient for many years and I choose not to have him perform my surgery, he would no longer treat me. This feels like petty retaliation. A doctor's job is to care for the patient, not demand loyalty. I am shocked by Dr. Bloomstein's lack of professionalism and the blatant disregard for patient autonomy. Being abandoned by a specialist when you are in pain, simply because you chose another provider, is unethical and unprofessional. This is not about, 'what's best for the patient,' it's about ego. Instead of respecting my autonomy, he took it personally. Additionally, he sent Carly twice with his message because he was too much of a coward to come speak to me himself."
