"I recently received care at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital, and I am truly grateful for the excellent treatment I received. From the moment I arrived, the doctors were very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to explain my condition and treatment clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. The nurses were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, and always attentive to my needs. They checked on me frequently and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Their compassion and dedication truly made a difference during my stay. The overall care I received was outstanding. I felt respected, supported, and in very good hands the entire time. I highly recommend this hospital"

"I appreciate good Sam's free parking.I appreciate how, when you have an appointment.They are punctual and get you in an out while giving you good service. However, I do not like the way some people treat you at the front desk.They say your private personal information out loud.So everyone in the waiting room can hear your add,ph#, full name.When I ask them to , please not yell my information out loud , they get an attitude with you. I try to pre-register online.However, there was a glitch in the system and it would let me finish my pre-registration.I told the front desk person this.She said, it's not my business.I said you are an employee here, so it is your business.I'm letting you know, so you can let someone know.Perhaps they can fix it.She was very rude and unprofessional. The young lady told me, oh, we have let them know numerous of times but they don't fix it.I don't know what to tell you."

"Phenomenal service from receptionist desk Regina to lab intake Renante kind and considerate to Assisant Tashia perfessional, nice and observing Student Kamryn kind young lady and ready to work. Sherri receptionist for ultrasound phenomenal Assistant Cindi perfessional, knowledgeable and high energetic who helped to eagerness student Chanelle and Victoria. Last, Renata Young perfessional friendly and very knowledge. What a beautiful day at Medstar in Good Samaritan Hospital. The Hospitality was exceptional. Thanks for treating me with great care "

"On of the best experiences I ever have. Everyone was so aware was nor in a good way. 158/106 pb with Major bronchitis. One nurse had a wheelchair right behind me.told her I was good. Move right into Reception To take vitals. The one nurse with the wheelchair was back again politely said I needed a ride. I smiled and agreed. And on we went safe and sound to room 3. Once I entered the room they wasted no time filling the room. Nurses 2 at a time. One more setting up preps for IV the other setting up Montering system for Blood Pressure and heart rate. Pulmonary nurse was great. The doctor was great.fix me up. Shout out to one nurse did know I did no have a primary care doctor yet. Gave me a number to pimmey care doctors in the building. I left feeling a lot better. Later a nurse called me to ask if I found a primary care doctor, said not yet. Later yesterday I called the number she gave me. I was told my appointment had already been scheduled. A Sincere thanks for all the work to do to"

"In April of 2025 I was fortunate enough to be sent to Pulmonary Rehab at Good Samaritain Hospital on Loch Raven Blvd., in Baltimore, MD. I'd been having breathing issues for a few years, from lung cancer and pulmonary embolisms. I was using oxygen almost full-time. At rehab, I got to work with the most amazing staff--especially Christine and Will, the therapists there. I didn't have much hope. But, through their guidance I began to see small improvements. I was sad when my therapy ended. Christine and Will emphasized how important it was to continue with the therapy even after I was done with the program. Improvements continued until I find myself almost completely free of using oxygen to get around. It's amazing to me. I know this wouldn't haven happened without their guidance. I can't say enough about the professionalism and encouragement they exhibited. I saw this with their other patients as well. Thank you!"

"I was having trouble breathing and 911 was call They took me to Good Samaritan Hospital emergency. They started working on me right awae y, I didn't think that I was going to make it. They took charge of my breathing and started test me for other possiblity if pneumonia,in which I did have along with congested heart failure. After treating me slowly I started feeling better. After several days I was feeling 98 percent myself. I thank all the emergency workers and nursing staff ,along with all the doctors for my quick response and recovery that I received. I didn't think I would see my family again. I am truly blessed.I would recommended this hospital to everyone that I know."
