"I was told by my daughters pediatrician that I should have her hip looked at as there "could be something there" for reference, my daughter is 2 months old. I was give Dr. L'insalata as one of the referral options. I called and was given an appointment right away at the Brooklyn office. The woman who I spoke with was very nice and professional. On the day of our apt we got there early and were right away put in an exam room to wait. (I dont know if this is how it normally is or because I had a newborn, either way I was grateful as it is still flu season). The doctor came in about 15 min after our scheduled appointment. He was through and explained everything to us carefully while examining my daughter. He answered our questions and reassured us multiple times. Thankfully my daughter is fine. I would highly recommend him. His office was clean and the staff very nice."

"Dr. L'insalata was short on words and not very good at explaining my daughter's problem. After a cortisone shot, we were not informed by him that she was to keep off her leg for 2 days. After 3 days, my daughter was in immense pain. I called the office several times to explain the problem and was told that he would contact my daughter. He never did!!!!!!!!! I not only do not recommend him, I am not even sure he knows what he is doing. Very upset with the treatment and the lack of following up on my calls expressing my daughter's extreme pain. Till this day, 6 days after the office visit, he still has not called. My daughter, remains in extreme pain. His consultation fees are very high and they do not warrant the care that he gives."
