"I was taken to a room shortly after I arrived. An assistant for Dr. Pandarinath who took my information, and I was sent to XRays where I went through the process efficiently. As soon as that was completed, Dr. Pandarinath came in, greeted me pleasantly and ask about my discomfort. He then examined the affected area, looked at my results, and gave me a diagnosis about my situation and explained my options in a very clear and understandable explanation, and with a sense of humor. When I checked out, I was treated quickly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased thoughout the entire process. Everyone was professional and friendly. Outstanding experience."

"First let me say that Dr Politzer is an A+ rate doctor with incredible surgical skills but also such an informed kind, attentive bedside manner as well. A truly rare pairing! My complaint is with the business itself in how it runs communication. You call, and talk to an AI assistant that doesn't always understand what you want if it isn't a straightforward thing. When I do leave a message and ask to be called back, yes as staff member does call back quickly, but they don't always know what to do or how to handle the situation. And then you get put through to AI again so that you can explain to your doctor's staff your problem. This is a horrible way to try to communicate with your doctor. It feels so impersonal and it's very hard to get the help you need. That's why I wouldn't give this company five stars. But I would give Dr Politzer and his assistant a thousand stars!"

"This is a great ortho practice. Dr. Miller is the fourth specialist my family has workrd with. No surprise, he was as supprtive and informative as I needed and the supporting staff (intake PAs, xray techs) was as accommodating and efficient as ever. -JK"

"Dr. Pandarinath reconstructed my ACL, repaired miniscus, and used gametime discretion to leave my MCL to heal on its own. The work was very good and i was kept well informed the whole time."

"Dr. O'briens office staff is so incompetent and lazy. I called in literally crying begging for help with getting a procedure done he sent me for. And all I get is no return phone calls and an email saying figure it out yourself. I begged 3 different times to be allowed to speak to a person and not be dumped in a voice-mail where no one calls you back. What do I get, dumped into a voice-mail with an email response days later. The office staff refuses to let me leave a voice-mail for Dr. O'brien himself most likely because they don't want him to know how poor of a job they're doing. Don't waste your time I spent months trying to have my surgery done here and now I find myself starting over in another office somewhere else where the staff actually cares. I told them the place they were sending me too is taking more then 4 months to schedule me in and this is the response I got. I also indicated that if I switched pain management places they wanted to start the whole process all over again and could they assist in speeding that up. Nothing. No help at all. Just figure it out for yourself."

"This was a follow-up for left shoulder. I'm in the process of deciding when to have shoulder replacement surgery. Not quite there yet but received a cortisone shot because my spouse and I are taking a trip. Dr. Miller had a student shadowing him and explained everything step by step during the visit. He's the best patient and thorough."

"Definitely a 5 star. Dr. Miller has phenomenal bedside manners, thorough, listens to you, he's gentle. Whenever I get a steroid injection it doesn't hurt. I recommended him to my brother in law as well."
