"The doctor was great, but he needs a new receptionist. She told me the wrong appointment time on two separate occasions. Come to find out she's dyslexic (a confession she made all by herself). I'm all for powering through your disabilities, but why are you working a job where you need to be able to read numbers correctly if that's something you struggle with? Especially when it comes at the expense of other people's time."

Dr. Bryant treats me like family. Dr. Andrews knows his profession and explains everything to you before, during, and after treatment - so personable. I'll definitely continue on going treatment even after my prescribed Physical Therapy sessions have ended. I feel so good when I leave the office."

"I was referred to this practice by a friend who had a great experience with the doctor. I too was pleased by the doctor's knowledge and professionalism but unfortunately due to the scheduling issues I won't return. I also purchased the Groupon for the consult, adjustments and 2 massages. I have attempted to schedule my two 30 min massages now 4 times, and the times have been incorrect. (I am told one time, and when I call to confirm it's completely different than what was discussed) I know it's a busy practice. I completely understand how things work as I'm a health care provider myself and work in an outpatient clinic setting, but 4xs is a bit excessive."
"Best Chiropractor I've ever been to! Other than the computer systems kinks, this is the best place to come for your Chiropractic needs. Young or old. It's a very clean, safe, inviting environment. The staff are warm and professional. They are patient, understanding, and calm at all times. They really care about your needs when it comes down to your personal level of care/pain. The service is completely catered to each patient's individual needs. They make you want to feel better. I would recommend everyone to stop here first for your individual Chiropractic needs. They are knowledgeable, resourceful, and are aware of each and each and every patient. This office offers true care and amazing techniques with all the new technological advances and they are hands on with their services. But you don't have to take my word for it. I'm just a patient, but you can come in and see for yourself."
"Poor service. My massage appointment was canceled 3 times in 4 months by them. Each time when i am trying to get an appointment they rescheduled me to next month (adding 1 month). Honestly i bought it from Groupon but definitely i am not gonna go there again. Very unprofessional stuff!!!"
"Completely disappointed with my experience. Although staff came off as friendly, I'm convinced some were incompetent. I purchased a Groupon for two sessions, one for me and the other for my father. I even called and asked the process BEFORE purchasing the Groupon. When I got there, the receptionist, Daniella, got us started and went through with the intake process. Soon after she comes to request the Groupon voucher. She redeems the voucher and goes to the back. Well she comes out shortly afterwards and says I need two different Groupons. One for each person. Not the one Groupon for two people, like I had initially purchased. Well the problem comes when she redeemed my voucher; making it unrefundable. The only way she thought to correct the problem was to advise me to buy another one for myself; after I wasted the money on the Groupon for two sessions. Maybe she should go back to customer service training."
