"Ed at Sports Care Physical Therapy is the best bar none! I have had the need for physical therapy many times over the last 30 years and I've never had physical therapy as successful as this. I'm fairly new to the area and had a knee replacement in February and went to see him a few days later. The process was not always easy but Ed cares about his clients and he took the time to understand where I was at after surgery and where I wanted to be physically. I understood the at home exercises I needed to complete and I am feeling great. "During this past summer 2023, I sustained a shoulder injury. I was not able to lift my arm without pain, the pain would also interrupt my sleep. Ed designed a routine of exercises focusing on regaining range of motion. Each week Ed would adjust or add exercises to the routine.
