"I had to have my bunion surgery redone after a bad experience with a doctor from Summit Health. I went to Dr. Koury this time--and I'm so glad I did. She's incredibly thorough and caring. When I saw the X-ray of her work, I immediately knew this surgery would have a different result and it was! The bunion was successfully removed, and she corrected all the mistakes from the previous surgery. The old X-ray showed messy, uneven patches with screws bone work, but Dr. Koury's x-ray showed clean, precise, and flawless stapling. She even gave me supplies to take care of the foot while recovering, and all the post-appointments were covered under insurance. Thank you Dr Koury!!"

"Dr. Koury is truly the best doctor I've ever seen, and I'm so grateful to have had her as my orthopedic surgeon. If I could give her 1,000 stars, I would! To give some context, I've always been pretty nervous when it comes to anything medical, so when I broke my ankle in dance class and found out I needed surgery, I was freaking out a bit. The ER recommended Dr. Koury, and I'm so glad they did. From the very first appointment, she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She always took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable and ready to move forward after every visit. Even on the day of my surgery, she checked in with me before and after to make sure I was doing okay, which meant so much. Her diligence and care gave me complete confidence in her, and I honestly wouldn't have wanted anyone else to handle my surgery. "Dr. Koury is one of those doctors you meet and are instantly put at ease. She has the best bedside manner I've ever experienced with a doctor or surgeon. I dislocated my ankle and broke it on both sides so, going into our appointment, I was anxious, nervous and concerned. She went through the x-ray with me, thoroughly explained everything that happened and, every reason why surgery was the answer. She then went through every part of the surgery and recovery outlook with me. She explains things so you can understand and be a part of the process but listens, and reassures you along the way. Day of my surgery, once she came to speak with me, I felt comfortable and ready for surgery. She is caring, kind, extremely smart and diligent.
