She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about your progress and comfort. You never feel rushed, and she makes every session both productive and encouraging. Laura at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. She makes scheduling appointments easy and stress-free, and she always greets you with a warm smile. Hardee, another therapist in the office, is also super kind and encouraging, even when you're not working directly with her. Everyone in the office is welcoming and supportive. They genuinely make you feel cared for, which makes you look forward to coming back after each session. "Had Achilles surgery in September and started PT end of October. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Laura who not only is friendly but knowledgeable in everything insurance. It was very comforting knowing all my insurance concerns was taken care of and I could just worry about my recovery journey. Once inside a very clean and spacious area you are greeted by Rujuta and Hardeep. Both of these therapists are the best. They are very attentive with every patient and pushed me even on the days I didn't think I could . I left each time feeling positive and couldn't wait to come back. They make it feel like a family and when you feel this way, you want to come back . Honestly if they didn't make me feel this way recovery would be different.
