"Dr Michael Lynch is a caring, kind & helpful man. My son and I made an appointment with his surgery to get help with getting a post surgery ACL brace as we wanted to do it locally as his doctor was out of state. Although Dr Lynch hadn't my son in his care and could have dismissed us (his assistant wasn't sure what to do with us), he took the time to come to meet us, hear our story & was incredibly compassionate to us - despite the fact he must deal with knee injury all the time! Even though he was not going to be able to bill/charge us he pointed us in the direction we needed. It was So helpful in a medical landscape in the US that can be so complex. I also saw him with an elderly patient while we were there and you could see his warmth and genuine love for his patient and their family.
