"This is the best option for physical therapy in Vernon no matter your age or condition. Really appreciated Ivy Rehab in Vernon! My main therapist was Noah, and he was great! I've done PT for small injuries in the past - a sprained ankle etc., so I can compare what they offer here to other practices in the area. This is my top choice for physical therapy! What I appreciated the most was how Noah would ask what my goals were. I wanted to get better and more confident at hiking, and so he tailored my exercises to do just that. I'm still working on my strength and confidence, but I've learned a lot about my injury and my capabilities. He also took the time to explain how and why I should do certain exercises, as well as how my injury effected my body. I'm young, and I wasn't just sitting around doing Theraband exercises, feeling like I wasn't accomplishing anything. I was doing very practical movements that were adapted to my age, strength, and goals. While I was certainly challenged and felt I got a "gym" level workout in, I saw them accommodate their guidance for older ones to their comfort level as well."
