Testimonials
"I am extremely disappointed with the clinic's unprofessional conduct. Yesterday, I had a scheduled appointment with the doctor to set a surgery date (January 26, 2026, one day after the snowstorm). I received automated confirmation messages 2-3 times before the appointment, including on the day of the appointment, instructing me to arrive early in accordance with the clinic's policy. However, when I arrived at the scheduled time, I found that the clinic was closed, with no prior notification whatsoever--no phone call, voicemail, or email. This caused me significant inconvenience and wasted my time, as I traveled a long distance and took time off work specifically to attend this appointment. As a result, I had to call and reschedule. This is not the first time this has happened. Last month (December 23, 2025), my appointment had to be canceled due to a medical emergency on the doctor's part. However, the clinic did not notify patients in advance in any way, and I only found out after arriving at the clinic. Consequently, my appointment had to be postponed by another month. I would sincerely appreciate it if the clinic could improve its communication and operate in a more professional manner."
"My experience was great. Very nice facility. Staff was friendly. Short wait time. X-rays were done quickly, and Dr. Huang was kind and explained my condition in detail. I highly recommend."
"3 years ago, I visited this office, had an x-ray taken, and paid $30 copayment. About 2 years later, they suddenly sent me over $200 bill because insurance company didn't approve their claim. I have difference card so I tried to pay with this card. however, my claims was rejected due to too late. it was after the filling period. I informed the clinic of this, but they unilaterally demanded payment and say they will sent the debt to a collection agency. the processing speed of their work is very slow and inaccurate, and patients have to bear the responsibility for it. The only thing they do quickly is charge money."
