"To say that motion Sunnyside is the best pt I've been to is an understatement. I tore my labrum in my shoulder for the 2nd time and the first time I did had top tier treatment due to being in a D1 college and a top baseball player in nyc. Now that I'm older, I didn't have that luxury so it was important for me to find a place that would compare and motion did not disappoint. I had the pleasure of working with Lena , Marcus and Jose. The attention to detail and customized plans based on my progress felt like I was back in college getting pro treatment. I'm back in the gym 5-6 days a week with no pain and I even plan on getting back on the field soon. I can't thank motion and the team enough for making what I expected to be a strenuous recovery process easy and smooth. All I had to do was stay consistent and the team handled the rest. I also want to shoutout Sylvia at the front desk for always helping me set my appointments at the times that worked best for me ! I hope anyone who goes through a tough time with injuries like I have considers motion so they can experience what I did! "The staff is nice but I would love it if the PT person would just read my report an give me the home exercises I'm suppose to have, also I felt rushed on my last visit an was in so much pain the following day, you can not have back to back patients an be overwhelmed. These are things that need to be pointed out. I felt completely comfortable the first session but as I would respect is to be completely feeling comfortable with all my sessions with the pt people.
