Testimonials
"Kalvis is phenomenal. He listens, checks in during exercises and understands patient needs. I was so lucky to work with him and enjoyed seeing him on Tuesdays. He has such a strong knowledge of the human body and explains what is going on in an easy to understand way. I always feel better after our sessions."
"I saw Joe C at this Rush PT location and I have only good things to say about my experience. I went in with a long history of knee issues and he reduced my pain levels significantly and returned me to sports that I was not able to do prior to the PT. Joe is very knowledgeable about the workings of the musculoskeletal system and good at explaining them to his patients. He's also a great listener and takes his patients' concerns into account. All of the employees there are very friendly/welcoming and make the environment enjoyable to be in"
"Joe is great! This is not your typical PT establishment. Joe will work with you thoughtfully each session. I appreciate that this facility does *not* have assistants that watch you do a set of exercises. The actual therapist will guide you through each session, which is a combination of stretching, body work and strength. thanks Joe!"
"Brad and his team sits right within FFC and are fantastic to work with. They have a lot of patience and truly looks out for the patient. Brad is a driven doctor who's very knowledgeable on physical therapy theories and gives precise take home exercises. His evaluation of my ankle sprain was also very accurate and saved me hundreds of bucks from getting an X ray. Highly recommend."
"I highly recommend Rush for physical therapy. I had shoulder surgery and from the very beginning to the end of therapy I had the best experience. They are helpful, nice, caring, and absolutely know what they are doing. I had Brad Trompeter as my therapist and couldn't have picked anyone better. I completed my therapy and am so thankful to them."
"I attended Rush PT in the West Loop from September 2023 to January 2024 and worked with Joe for physical therapy. While I had no issues with his care, I was shocked to receive a $500 bill in October 2024 -- nearly 10 months after my last session. This situation is deeply frustrating. The receptionist, Dalia, assured me multiple times that my insurance would fully cover each visit, and I trusted this information, especially since I had provided my insurance details and copays were never mentioned during any of my sessions. When I contacted the billing department, they informed me that my insurance didn't cover the full amount and that I owed a copay, which directly contradicted what I had been told. Moreover, receiving this bill almost a year later is completely unreasonable, especially since, according to Rush's own policy, copays are supposed to be collected at the time of service. Had I known about these charges, I would have reconsidered whether to continue the sessions. I cannot recommend Rush due to their lack of transparency, misleading information, and seemingly deceptive billing practices. At this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if I received a bill in 2025 for my 2024 sessions. EDIT: Thank you for your reply. I'm willing to discuss my experience further. Could you please provide the best phone number or email to reach you?"
"Brad worked on my hip and foot for 2+ months. He puts a lot of thought and care into every therapy session and your treatment plan. Brad has unparalleled knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and cares about making each of his patients feel better. My physician actually sent me to physical therapy without fully knowing what was wrong with my hip, but Brad did a thorough evaluation, came up with a theory, and his theory proved correct based on MRI imaging. Dalia was also wonderful and created a friendly environment throughout my time there! If I ever have additional injuries I would definitely see Brad again. Would recommend to everyone."
"I spent about 8 weeks recovering from a dislocated shoulder, and my experience with Joe, Cindy, Cassey, and Ali couldn't have been better. The team used a variety of techniques to improve my muscle strength and restore full function to my shoulders. The program was fun, productive, and stimulating. I particularly liked how Joe always listened to my specific physical discomforts, and designed each and every exercise and therapy to help me recover quickly. Also, Cindy was very helpful in rescheduling some of the sessions, when I couldn't make it because of other commitments."
