"I don't understand why it takes so long to called in a script.i like Emma but today 01/27/26 I had an appointment got there Noone was there. No calls or email saying they closed.so 918am I get a called from choice.the lady said the office closed bc of the bad weather.i was wow bc I'm sitting in front of the office now and it's clear I made it too the office.she said your medication will be called in atthe end of the day and u have an appointment for February 23,2026.so it's been 30 days I don't have any medication at all.i don't think that's professionalism at all."

"My First appointment was with Emma Her professionalism matches the care for her patients especially young patients such as myself... she listened to my concerns which was very vital to me verses just sending a prescription to the pharmacy and sending out the office. She did a FULL exam on the areas which brought me to see her and explained to me why that area was in pain and went over opioid medication use ( educational ) I just realized there is a clinic closer to my home but guess what ? I'd rather drive additional miles for her care !"

"I've had nothing but a great experience w the staff and esp Emma. The staff support, esp Aquila & Richard have been excellent and extremely helpful. Emma actually cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. I see a lot of negative comments and it sounds like ppl that are creating their own issues.."

"The one on Wilkins does not care at all just want money. I didn't know my insurance was inactive and went in was told that the provider can see me for 375$ which I didn't have then was told they will send me a 30 day prescriptions until next my appointment. Then the next day she said no. How can you Tell a me in your office that you willl send me something so by the next time I will be fine because my insurance will be back. Supervisor don't call you back. I'm the 3rd person who has said something about this provider"

"So went to see my doctor on the 6th of August and it is now a week later and my pharmacy that I usually go to didn't have my medicine so when I called them on the 6th the same day I saw my doctor they couldn't get in touch with the doctor because the doctor all of a sudden went offline you supposed to have a emergency contact so when things like this happen you can handle the situation so I had to wait till a whole week because the doctor only comes in on Tuesdays and Wednesdays mind you of that so I called the office today which is Tuesday and I told them the situation all over again mind you the doctor hasn't even looked at the notes of me calling all dang week"

"Well I have had a couple of bad experiences in the clinic. The first one was I was downstairs waiting for the elevator and by the time I got up to the office I was told that I was late and had to reschedule I explained that I was waiting for elevator and I was told but you wasn't in the office. Well I talked to my doctor and he didn't agree with the assistant. The other time was the mix up on my appointment date but the issue was corrected. For the most part the staff is always pleasant and helpful . My doctor is the greatest . Dr. Ronald Shin always pleasant , always show concern and will listen to you no matter what it concern . Dr. Shin is the GREATEST"

"Dr Shin is easily one of the best doctors I've met or been treated by. When he and I met I had tremendous pain in my lower back which had been treated for 8 years due to a vehicle accident. Many doctors had failed to lessen my pain without enormous levels of drugs. Dr Shin treated me with a procedure that had been refused by another Dr years prior. As of now I'm happy to say my recovery has been terrific. My back pain is miniscule and we have a plan to keep it that way. I would recommend him for any back pain without hesitation. I'm 16lbs lighter and moving well again. Thank you Dr."
