Testimonials
"Dr. Schipper and PA Martell are awesome and very comforting. Very clean facility. Easy free parking. Staff always smiling and patient. They've successfully helped with several body parts over the years. I tell everybody about them."
"Highly recommend this clinic for sports injuries that need thorough evaluation! We went to a different clinic initially and the operations were a mess. This clinic is run very well, people are friendly and nice. The orthopedic surgeon was very clear in the reasoning behind surgery vs deciding not to operate. It made it easy for us to understand the treatment plan moving forward. I also had total trust in their knowledge and skill."
"Mr Ghandi was apathetic and disinterested. I came after my primary physician recommended that I see an orthopedic Dr about my tendonitis symptoms. I needed an evaluation. Instead, he did nothing but tell me that since I have a spinal injury I should go get a nerve test. This is after I explained that I was having significant pain in my wrists and forearms and that it was likely from repetitive motions. No exam of my hands or forearms, no questions about the pain, how long, just nothing. I was stunned by his demeanor. I have a disability but that disability does not mean that he should refuse to examine me and give me my options. He literally brought me to tears. He made me think there wasn't an option other than going to a pain Dr. I am a well educated professional and use the Healthcare system frequently. He is HANDS DOWN the worst physician that I have ever encountered and treated me in an openly discriminatory manner. I paid for an evaluation that I did not receive and have spent the last few days feeling like I was discriminated against."
"DO NOT COME HERE. The billing department made the mistake of charging me twice for the same visit. I paid my copay at the time of the visit but then two months later they decided to randomly bill me for the same charges AGAIN. Out of the blue. I have given them proof that I already paid for that visit, and they are attempting to coerce a second payment for the same visit out of me. It has been about two weeks since they erroneously billed me, and today they sent a threatening email saying my balance was 60 days past due?! Make that make sense when I literally paid the allowed amount the same day of my visit. You have the audacity to come after me several weeks after my appointment and then basically threaten to send the "past due" amount to collections no less than two weeks after you fraudulently bill me? Folks, for the sake of your wallet, go elsewhere. A good alternative to this clinic is Nirschl Orthopedics. They have been wonderful--transparent billing and no complaints so far."
"I drove a family member to this clinic for a post surgery check up. While there, one of the receptionists came back from break reeking of marijuana. I could smell it across the lobby. I have no issue with that while one is off work, but it's very poor judgement to be dealing with people's medical records and insurance benefits while under the influence. The office manager needs to have a talk with their front desk employees about staying sober while on the clock."
"I seriously couldn't be happier with the amazing service I got! Dr. Branche was super knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions in a way that actually made sense. Jasmine was awesome too she's so friendly and helpful with scheduling. Which just made the whole experience really easy and relaxed. Huge thanks to both of you for making me feel comfortable and taken care of. You guys are the best!"
"I saw Dr Gandhi last Oct for a cortisone shot for trigger finger. I got 5-6 months relief but the symptoms came back. This visit I saw Jessica the PA. She gave me a second injection, but even more, she gave me her time, kindness and advice. What a very pleasant, competent person she is. I experienced relief even faster this time too. In less than 72 hrs I had no more pain at the injection site and trigger symptoms are abated :-) Thank you so much!"
"Took me all day to decide whether or not to leave a review, but my experience with Dr. Richard Edgar was so negative I feel like I have to. Leaving this in both locations I saw him. The doctor was so dismissive of my issues, worsening 2.5-month pain, and provided no helpful information without my asking dozens of questions. And he acted very annoyed having to answer basic questions about what could be causing my pain. I'm not even sure he reviewed my papers and knows which patient I was - he kept talking about tendinitis and my tendon (when it was obviously a muscle issue), said he saw no scar tissue in the MRI, and the only diagnosis he gave was "maybe tendinitis." When looking for solutions, he threw out a cortisone shot, but gave no explanation of pros and cons other than "the tendon may detach" - no context, no reasons. Lying on my stomach about to receive the shot, I felt wrong about the whole thing, stopped him, and asked why nothing seemed wrong when my muscle made 3 huge pops and I have been unable to move it besides walking for nearly three months. I explained this in person and in all of my paperwork, and he seemed confused it was the muscle. Said "cortisone won't help that, cortisone only helps the tendon" - as if it was my idea in the first place. He finally examined the actual injury with an ultrasound, said there was scar tissue right on the most painful area, and said anything can cause that. I had to repeatedly ask for his professional opinion and any helpful information on what I was dealing with. So not only did he almost give me the wrong treatment in the wrong area, but I'm not even sure he looked at my ultrasound correctly if he said there wasn't scar tissue, when there actually was (after I kept asking questions). Bedside manner is one thing, but I'm shocked with this level of care for a straightforward exercise injury. Bad bedside manner, no empathy, and horrible care that would have resulted in the wrong treatment (and accompanying bill). Maybe he's good with more serious injuries and surgeries, but that shouldn't dismiss the experience of patients coming in pain and expressing distress about not being able to be active for nearly 3 months. One star because the supervisor was very kind when I called."
