"I was a long time patient of Dr Nagpal at Northwestern University. She helped me a lot over 5 years. Unfortunately she incorrectly implanted a Sprint Peripheral Nerve Stimulator and one of the leads went in wrong. It was a 30-day trial and I had to take it out early because of the pain was causing me. When the bad lead came out, it looks like an accordion, bent up and jagged l. I had been in conversation with her and the Medical Rep during these weeks and told her if she didn't take it out I would go to the emergency room.
