Testimonials

Christine Minakakis

"Zach was so helpful! I came in for vestibular issues from a concussion and worked with Zach for roughly 3 months. Zach was very thorough in taking the time to explain not just what we were doing, but why we were doing those specific days. I never felt rushed, even when the clinic was busy. Zach adjusted exercises to accomodate for co-occuring medical issues that I had and was open to feedback when I would share if an exercise didn't feel quite right. Even in our last appointment, Zach was thorough in leaving me with exercises to continue on my own, as well as providing additional resources for me to continue healing with. I'd recommend him to anyone dealing with vestibular issues or other issues requiring physical therapy. My hope is to not need additional physical therapy in the future (fingers crossed), but if I ever find myself in the situation where I need those services, Zach will be the first person I call. Thank you so much!"

"Zach did such a great job in helping my post Tommy John surgery. He was real and told me what I needed to work on and was a great physical therapist. If you want good PT and great people go here they are awesome"

Kristen Portland

"Great people who really care about helping you meet your goals. They're friendly and knowledgeable and work with your referring doctor to coordinate the best plan for you. Their app helps you keep track of exercises, and many of the therapists are involved in the local running and sports scenes themselves."

"I had a great experience at this location. Setting up appointments is straightforward, and the customer service is outstanding. The team is highly supportive and works efficiently. My therapist, Alexa, is truly superb--extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend their services."

Sarah Dahlem

"I am so pleased with my experience here! I had a complex meniscus injury and surgery that was unexpected and quite traumatic. I had initially received care from a different facility that I wasn't happy with. After 2 months, I decided I needed to change locations and RUSH Andersonville was the closest to me. I met with Miranda who listened to my concerns from my previous care and gave me space to share my goals and doctors goals that we could ultimately accomplish working together. It was an easy switch mid-recovery and I am beyond happy with the care I received from Miranda. The whole team here is so welcoming and friendly. Miranda really got me to a place where I can move forward with my gym routines and my daily activities. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this location for any physical therapy needs."

"Alexa Kay, DPT, is an excellent physical therapist. I had a left hip replacement on Feb 20 and for the last three weeks Lexi has provided excellent therapy in the form of massage and exercises that are progressively challenging and fun. She is always ready for me, listens carefully to my reports and offers just what I need to keep my progress going. I am grateful to all at RUSH PT Andersonville and especially Lexi Kay for bringing me back to pain free walking. Sincerely, Joe Zanoni"

Dennis FitzMaurice

"Lexi Kay is a true therapist in the sense she treats the body, mind and spirit. Always positive and never judgemental. Good sense of humor too! Space is well laid out and never feels crowded."

Danielle Hepko

"I have never had Physical Therapy before and I didn't know what to expect but everyone was super nice! Alexa listened about what was hurting and gave me at home exercises to do. I have been going for a month and things have gotten significantly better. Learning how to retrain your body to move and work equally has been challenging but PT here has really worked to improve my situation."
