"I'm writing to share my experience here and express disappointment with the level of professionalism I've encountered recently. As a frequent visitor, I value a professional environment, and I've consistently appreciated the excellent service provided by Joley, the tall gentleman, and the other therapists and everyone else has been quite professional. However, my experiences with one particular employee have been consistently unpleasant. I've found her demeanor to be unhelpful, and I've felt she often makes customers feel dismissed or unintelligent, particularly when discussing co-pays or issues in line. I've also observed this employee smoking in public areas and, on occasion, appearing to have low eyes during interactions, and even smelling of marijuana, which has contributed to my feeling of unprofessionalism. While I am not asserting she was under the influence, it is important to express concerns about behavior that could be interpreted as such and affects the perception of professionalism. Due to these ongoing issues, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Additionally, I will unfortunately be advising my referrals against visiting this establishment, as I believe everyone deserves respectful and professional service. I hope this feedback will be addressed, as I believe it's essential for any business to maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service."

"1.25.23 - I've been a patient of Dr. Farren and his team for over a year and it's remained consistently good. He's patient and listens to your telling of symptoms before he asks questions to dig in further into the potential underlying issues. The rest of his practice, acupuncture, massage therapy, and stretching as a combined system is effective and they are also as patient and attentive to treating your ailment or injury. I highly recommend this office and they take a wide variety of insurance, which dictates the extent of their treatment."
