"Dr. Downes is one of the most intelligent people i know. this is a woman i look up to and admire. her knowledge, background, schooling, and demeanor with clients is exceptional. she has helped my mom, friends and myself in so many different ways. She is sincere with everyone she comes in contact with and takes her job seriously. Her drive to help improve others life is contagious. I wish more people knew how healing she can be.
